Faced with an increasingly demanding and competitive market,A Eléctrica, Lda. decided to implement and maintain a Quality Management System, based on Standard NP EN 9001: 2015.
The implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System has the following objectives:
- Customer satisfaction and other stakeholders
- Continuous improvement
- Reduced costs
- Betting on the qualification of human resources
